PulseOne is a modular Discord community platform: moderation, AutoMod, event logging, role management, message templates, welcome journeys, and further utilities as each module ships. Sign-in uses Pulse Accounts, the shared identity service behind every Pulse product - see the Pulse Accounts Privacy Policy for how your Discord sign-in itself is handled.
Once you sign in and select a server, we store the server's ID, name, icon, and the module configuration your staff sets. Each module only collects what it needs to do its job:
Moderation stores warning records, case history, staff notes, and evidence references for actions taken through it. AutoMod evaluates message content against your configured rules and stores privacy-minimal incident evidence (a content hash and, only if your policy requires it, a bounded snippet) rather than full message logs. Event logging stores a searchable timeline of Discord and configuration events, bound by the retention and privacy settings your staff configure. Roles stores assignment, group, and menu configuration and a live ownership record of which members hold which managed role. Message Builder stores the templates you author. Welcome stores per-member join/leave/acknowledgement state needed to run your configured onboarding journey, and can optionally add a member to a configured guild handoff role.
We use this information to run each module you enable, let your staff configure and review its behavior, enforce your server's own moderation decisions, and maintain service security and reliability.
We share data with Discord and Pulse Accounts as needed to operate the bot and sign-in, and with hosting, database, and monitoring providers needed to run the service. Data recorded for one server is never shared with another server.
Module data is retained according to each module's own configuration (for example, AutoMod evidence retention or logging retention windows your staff set) and while your server continues using PulseOne.
PulseOne is intended for Discord communities and is not directed to children under 13, matching Discord's own minimum age requirement.
